I think you can help yourself a lot in all of these areas. A therapist would be great, but, even some good books can help you get there.

Let me share this book with you, which I LOVED...and which is proving to be quite effective to regulate my emotions. It's title is SOS Help for Emotions by Lynn Clark I think.

You can then get a book on assertiveness.....which will list ways of not being passive-aggresive or passive or aggressive. It will teach you to be assertive. One book that I really like on this is Civilized Assertiveness.

I think once you learn to regulate your emotions, you will see a difference in your life. I would also suggest you start exercising very regularly and keep adding things you love in your life. Like learning something new, or going to the movies, or reading books, making new friends etc etc.

A lot of all these problems are inter-related, so if you take care of one aspect, other aspects would also mprove. Eg. exercise will help you sleep a little better. Regulating emotions would calm ur mind and make u less anxious and would also relax you. Assertiveness will improve your relationships. I would also suggest get a book on love....I realize that knowing to "love right" is important to a healthy relationship. A lot of times we behave in counterproductive ways and think we are loving, but actually we are not.

So I would say, to begin with, first make these attempts on your own, and see if you start to see any results. And if you are disciplines and patient with urself, and stay on track, every little bit will count. Start now, by going out for a 15 min walk. Start now, by calling that friend and seeing how he/she is, and spread some warmth. Start now, by making eye contact with the next person u talk to. Make a list of everything that is bothering you, and a list of ways in which you can manage it. Use your own wisdom as well. Check out these books from the library, and search for more books. U will armed with loads of great information which can guide you. Take care...and all the best! U will do it.

i have same problem..

Depression is all about friends and family and you cant fight it . You must be safe in a safe place . You lack almost all knowledge of society around you and they don't want you near.

No, I don't think you do.

I think you're on your way to mental illness. I think you have to start socialize with others, otherwise it could get worse and worse. Start by telling people you trust about your symptoms and try not to push them away.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever would believe in Him would not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
