Are they days where you just wake so unmotivated & not up to par? if so how do u!

i have days like that a lot..i just wanna stay in bed all day. but you have to get up, maybe listen to some of your favourite songs or happy music to cheer you up a little :]
or think about what's gonna happen today..maybe you're gonna see your mates, or there's a good show on tv later..maybe you're gonna have something nice for dinner, maybe you've bought a new book and it's really good.. :p
personally i don't feel down for any particular reason, i guess it's just the fact that i've been feeling really horrible lately and i can't see the point of getting up just to go to school and come home again..so i think of playing my bass when i get home, somedays i have clubs to go to at school, and i think of coming on yahoo and answering some good questions ;]
it's just small things like this that can make a difference.

i just deal with it. such is life.

You just have to keep on keepin' on.

go for a walk or a jog, infact any kind of excercise will get the hormone balance up and make you feel better.

I go to Starbucks and order a double Espresso. If that doesn't work I go for a walk in the sunshine, or just go to the gym and work out. That usually works for me.

Try to think why? Bad sleep, up too late, have a problem that you are not working on--bad job, or weight.

I also have subscriptions to motivational email that is the first thing I see in the morning.

Get a good breakfast in you. Call a friend. If it doesn't get better get a check up.

Normally I'll get up, sit on the bed then tell myself to get moving. If you truely have zero motivation you need to find something in life that will motivate you.

Yes , often ; I simply go through the day the same way I always do and I try to keep up the routine .

days? not just days. there are months like that. try to battle through it. its extremly hard and espeically because its a mental battle.

I do that quite often. Working third shift will wear you down, espcially when you watch kids all day and then work at night. but, I keep trudging along because I have my kids to think about!
