Where can i get help with my depression?!


Question: Try telling a family member or friend how you are feeling. Going to see your G.P. will be a help, they will know the best counsellors to recommend and they will help you if you need medication. DON'T BOTTLE UP YOUR FEELINGS TALK TO SOMEBODY, SOME ONE YOU TRUST. Try to have appossitve activity to do each day. some form of exercise you enjoy, going for a walk. reading a book. Try to relax and get enough sleep, this can make you feel depressed. Try some of these things and keep your chin up!

you can start with your doctor, or you can check the yellow pages for a local mental health clinic.

Try talking to your doctor about different meds that might be good for you. You also might want to consider seeing a therapist.
