Why do i feel SLEEPY after get very angry or enraged?!

Alright, here's the short version of the explanation. :)
In our body, we have a sympathetic nervous system and a parasympathetic nervous system.
The sympathetic nervous system is responsible for regulating hormones and stress responses, including the release of adrenaline. The sympathetic nervous system kicks in and regulates these hormones and associated physiological responses (fast heart rate, vasodilation, etc) when a person encounters a stressful stimulus (something causing fear, anger, etc.)
However, to help calm the body and bring you back to a sort of homeostasis or moderation, the parasympathetic nervous system kicks in to balance you out. The parasympathetic nervous system gets your muscles to relax, heart rate to slow, blood pressure to lower, and respiration to return to a normal, steady rate. All of these reactions will cause you to feel rather tired.

because negative energy always takes alot out of a person. it makes us sick and tired.
from what i understand, you spend a lot of energy being angry at somebody... from the fuming and the yelling and concentrating on your anger towards them...
I feel like that too I think it is because we shout and get cross so it finishes a lot of our energy and replaces it by bad energy wich makes us tired.
It is weird.
I got that problem too. But I think that its good for us. You know why? Because it reduces the tension of our nerves. But sometimes I got too much tired when I wake up afterwords. So what I is having a shower. Even sometime when I want to make sex and I cannot, I feel sleepy, and after that I got normal.
Beacuse your young and certain cemeicals in our body at this age are hinderances not helps like when your a young kid and adult.
Or perhapes a habbit?
