Mom stress help?!
Question: my mom is having seizures i am always scared i still live with her i am under the age of 18 and i am scared? only one of my friends knows her mom told her. i am not suppossed to tell my friends and i am very scared what should i do?she has already seen a doctor and i am very scared. she got it from a head injury and please dont say stuff like she is gonna die thats just gonna make everything worse.

First of all I am very sorry to hear what you are going though. "Fear not and let not your heart be troubled". I know it comes for the bible, but it is true. Don't be afraid. Head injury's heal in time. And that is what she needs. There is help out there for you both. I am not a doctor but I believe that with help from the doctors and God things will get better. There are a lot of meds out there to help with seizures. Good luck and my prays are with you.
I am sorry. as long as your Mom stays under a doctors care theres not much you can do and worrying wont accomplish anything positive. Maybe you can talk to her doctor, if the seizures are bad she might qualify for a home health aide to be with her. Good luck.
Best thing you can do is try to focus on your education and your own future. In other words, stay busy and get lots of exercise.... go out for long walks to help relieve that stress.
A crisis like this is not always bad... Just have faith that everything is happening for a reason.
With that said, I hope your and your mom make it through these hard time. And tell her your feelings too... I'm sure she already has some sense of it , but it is always good to express those things. And tell her you love her.
