HIGH SCHOOL DOESN'T MATTER!

I know that seems hard to believe now. But after you are done with high school you can do whatever you want with your life!!!

Just because others don't approve of the way you act or who you are doesn't mean that you should change.

Do what makes YOU happy, forget what other people think.

You should sit down and talk with your family at home. They may seem like they don't care but they do. They don't know anything is wrong unless you say something.

Don't harm yourself, that is not the answer. The answer is finding what makes you happy. You have one life to live on this earth for better or worse. Stand up to your problems, even if it seems overwhelming. Everything always works out for the better in the end.

Well, its just that point in your life when you feel shety and fat. and let me tell you, im 99% sure you are not fat =]. Just boost ur confidence. Hook up wid a guy, who makes u feel happy. Talk to ur friends and have a few laughts. Nothing is wrong with you =]

It's time to get a man or BF.

you're probably just going through a touch time right now..i know i am. hopefully, it'll get better soon, just keep your head up. you'll probably look back later on and see that it's not that big of a deal. Hope you feel better soon.

i think you said it. ur depressed. you should see a psychologist. it helps to talk about what is depressing you. and don't pay attention to what kids are saying behind your back. they are just pathetic. if you want to talk on aim my screename is thebtpyoda.

I feel the same way to actually...people are mean in high school thats for sure, just try not to let those idiots get to you, they don't mean anything to you, and you have friends, right? So they are the ones that matter. :)
Try to get out and have fun, do things with your friends, that will help you! <33

you said it, youre not crazy but depressed. its good that youve started reaching out here but you should try to talk to someone in your life, or maybe a doc if you can

Honey, it seem like you are going through a very hard time. I'd like to strongly suggest that you go to a doctor. It's the only way to find out whether you are depressed or not. If you are, don't be afraid, it's something that can happen to anybody and is quite easy so solve if you start the healing process soon. cheers!

Nott trying to be silly or anything But I really dnot know do you take anything?

How old are you? I'm 14 and I used to feel like that.. lol heck, don't let stupid-unimportant people annoy you..

And nah, your not committing suicide.. you are a good person :D, i wish we were friends :P bet we would have a lot of fun :D

Don't you have someone at school at least that you can talk with or talk to.????????????
That is a horrible way to live...and I am sure your life is worth living...
Is there a school counselor that you could talk with?
How about your mom? I am sure she would want to know that you feel this way...no mother wants their child or their teenager walking around almost suicidal...
I am a mom, and I have 2 teenagers..., and I was young once too...so I know how you feel...but you've got to talk with someone...and you must do it soon...the only one hurting here is you...and all of this mental drama does nothing but drain you and harm you more...
Getting locked up inside of your own head is the worst...it's not a good place to be...
I urge you to talk with someone....
Something must have happened recently to you or in your life that all of a sudden you feel this way...
At least you recognize that you need help and at least you recognize that you are depressed....
ask your mom to take you to the psych doc and tell him you are depressed...that is like the hardest step...realizing that you need help and wanting it...

first thing you do, take a deep breath and relax. next, don't call yourself fat or anything like that. forget what those ppl at school call you, because why should you care what they think I mean they are not your friends. try to surround yourself with ppl who will encourage you and not make fun of you. i don't know whats going on at your house, but take a step back and think "did I feel this way three months ago?", temporary emotions fog up what you think is true and what really is true. but DO NOT commit suicide, that is never the answer you will miss out on so many things. like the all american rejects said " move along" meaning that life gets better and just to move along through the hard times. you also might like to find a good church, church really helps. I hope you start feeling better and just know that yesterday is history and that it is a new day, a new beginning for you. you may not believe it,but God is always there for you

See depression treatments, at ezy-build *(below) in section 2, and consult a doctor, to eliminate thyroid problems, etc. as possible contributing factors: also seek a referral to a therapist using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy. It is your decision, and yours alone, as to whether to take any antidepressants offered, but, before you do, read section 1, and check medications out at www.drugs.com so you will be on the lookout for side effects, like sexual dysfunction. My strong recommendation, however, is to follow the advice of my doctor, his associate, and also Marcelle Pick, OB/GYN NP, and Dr. Mercola, as well, at http://www.mercola.com and avoid antidepressants (pages 2V, and 2Z refer, & antidepressant websites: page 2). The reasons why we all share the same view on this are explained in full, as you will find, if you read the whole section. All of their advice, (except prayer, because many people are not religious) I have incorporated into the "core treatments", including others as options, such as the supplements: Inositol, or SAMe, or herbal remedies, like St. John's wort. If you are diagnosed with clinical (major) depression, antidepressants may be necessary for a while, which will give the treatments time to become effective. The antidepressants themselves need at least several days, or even weeks to begin becoming effective. It's a good idea to taper off them slowly, with medical advice, after several months, say, to a couple of years, at most, because they are only effective in the long term for about 30% of people. Because of this, you would be well advised to begin the treatments immediately, and maintain them. I'd just thank your mental health care provider, and pocket the prescription, trying the treatments for a few months, to see if they are sufficient for you, before considering filling it (unless clinically depressed, and having great difficulty functioning, or suicidal, in which case I'd take them). If the amount of daylight you have been exposed to recently has reduced, perhaps due to the change of seasons, see Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) in section 2, at * http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and, instead of taking 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily; replace 2 of them with cod liver oil supplements for the winter months only! (or, as probably a better alternative to the 2 cod liver oil supplements: 1 teaspoonful of cod liver oil, with a little butter, to ensure its use; I take mine on sourdough rye bread, or toast, covered with fishpaste, and pepper, to mask the strong taste). Consider having your doctor test your vitamin D levels, using the 25 HYDROXYVITAMIN D test. Optimal levels are 50 - 55 ng/ml (115 - 125 nmol/l. It should be above 32 ng/ml. DIETING: Go to: h t t p : / / c h o o s e d i e t . b l o g s p o t . c o m (you should type it in the usual manner) and select one, possibly changing, later. Eat 6 - 8 small meals, daily, with a little protein in each, preceded 20 minutes earlier with a large glass of water: this speeds up weight loss. Snack on any amount of celery sticks, with the occasional carrot stick, and/or slices of cucumber, tomato, bell pepper/capsicum, or raw onion, in any vinegar (a little salt & pepper/chilli powder is OK, but no oil, or sugar! Rinse your mouth with water, later, if using vinegar. Your body needs a small amount of [ preferably olive, or premium coconut* ] oil, daily, to be healthy: about 2 teaspoonsful, if not getting it in the rest of your food intake already). Understand and accept that many people use food in an attempt to fill an emotional void, which is unhealthy, and never works. Others eat out of boredom, so have plenty of things to keep you occupied. Sometimes I use http://www.stumbleupon.com/ or http://www.coolsiteoftheday.com/ DIETING: See http://www.foodaddiction.org and http://www.ediets.com/ and http://www.oa.org/index.htm and http://www.fatloss4idiots.com EATING DISORDERS: http://emotionalhealth.ivillage.com/... and http://www.eating-disorder-research.com/ and http://www.webhealth.com/wiki/eating_dis... and http://www.edreferral.com and http://www.something-fishy.org/dangers/d... and

http://www.addictions.net/ Call EDAP on (USA) 1-800-931-2237. Also view hypnotism for weight loss (if fairly suggestible) at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 60. Put: "nutritional type" in the taskbar, at * http://www.mercola.com/ and enter: find out what yours is, and build an eating plan around it for the future: include considerable variety, so that you never get bored with it. ~~~ See teens, and self esteem, in sections 13, and 38, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and consider volunteering, even from home, at first, as a means of changing your focus from yourself, and ceasing unproductive introspection. It will also provide a solid basis in reality for the daily affirmations: "I am a good person, who is valued by my community, because I ..(insert activity here).." Section 47 also refers. On volunteering outside the home, you will come into contact with supportive people, and receive positive feedback for your efforts, which will be obviously appreciated, even more so in children's hospitals, or acting as a Big Sister: there are many options; one is sure to suit you. Visit your school counselor.
