Have you ever felt this way?!
Question: Whenever im at the dentist or doctor and they do a check up on me or are just a little too nice i total just want to beat the crap out of them. Like i dont know i think i have issues with people like that. Like ok i might have an infection and my mom says that what the doctor does is they take a swab of your insides, and as soon as she told me that all i did was cuss and swear and go totally just crazy. So she said i dont have to if i dont want to. But its just i have issues with people. Especially when doctors touch me in places i dont allow even my mom to go. Only my bf can. Im 15 and i swear i need help.
PLease dont say anger manegment, because i've tried that and that was just a total mess.

Just tell the doctor what you just told us, and have them explain to you why they have to touch you there.

You need to learn to control yourself. Just calm down and remember it's nothing. Sounds like you've never did anything you did'nt want to. That's life. Get used to it.
