Do you ever see visions in your head when you close your eyes for a lil while?!


Question: Do you ever see visions in your head when you close your eyes for a lil while? Like sometimes when im trying to fall asleep at night and i close my eyes for a few minutes i see pictures of randome things... and no im not dreaming. Sometimes this happens to me more when i have a bad head ache... and i see more visions .... could be like (a person, a tree, house, anything) Does anyone have this weird problem? and if so... what is it called?

It happens to me when I'm listening to my MP3 player and have my eyes closed. I get some of the best visions in my head. Better than daydreaming.

yea i get it in the daytime - but its bad images that i cant seem to control lol

Yes, indeedy! Have this recurring vision of all my ex-wives chasing me with hatchets. Got so bad a medicine salesman at the circus gave me a bottle of powerful nerve tonic to ease my condition.

Heavens forbid, having a vision now and am forced to take two, maybe three, doses of Chief Buffalo's ancient remedy, now. The ungrateful old bats still haunt me!

You need to be in the right frame of mind when you are trying to go to sleep, Being completely relaxed, no stimulation- reading a book watching t.v. If you are taking any form of medication you may be having an adverse affect from them, so it might be best to talk to your g.p.If you have had a particularly stressful period in your life, your mind takes a while to slow down when you are slowing down physically. You need to give your mind time to slow back down. For me having a long walk and a lovely long soak in the bath just before i go to bed helps imensely. If in doubt speak to your doctor.
