Is is just me or does this happen to any others?!
Question: I can't concentrate on school or for the SAT's and i am just not motivated enough. My parents always relate me to my smarter siblings and it makes me feel like a dumbass.I want to get good grades and I try but I can never really keep my mind on topic. It is always about girls and sex 24/7. Im 16 and i think that my life is perfect except for my studies. How can I change? Tanks alot.

wow. tell me about it. my parents but so much pressure on me to "do my best" and "study! study! study!". At least you feel like your life is perfect besides studies. That's where your luck is. You just have to be positive and motivate yourself. These next couple of years are what will determine how great a life we will have. Everytime I feel down or unfocused I just think about how great a life I will have if i study and do well. Sometimes, I think of it as a game. Like, okay i'm going to memorize all this stuff really well and i'm going to ace this test. That will get me closer to becoming who I want to be. haha yea whatever it sounds corny but it works for me. School is hard but theres not that much left. As for the sex and girls..uh i wouldn't know because i am a girl..but from what i've heard 16 year old guys are all like that. It's some scientific thing that like right now you are at your peak to have children..and women don't peak until 30...i dont know but.. Don't compare yourself with your silbings. My older brother is like a freaking genius that takes 903257 ap classes. Just do the best you can do..compare your work to your previous work--however dumb that sounds..life is just one big cliche.

no education: in summer your workplace or home will be hot, while in winter it will be freezing.
with education: in summer your workplace or home will be nicely cold, while in winter it will be nicely warm.
you dont need to be smart, but its a good thing if you can handle everything. or maybe you have a mental issue.
