How do i improve my memory power?!

Answers: if it helps im 16 (about to be 17) and i do experience insomnia
Let's address the first problem here: INSOMNIA. Sleep has many functions among those is the solidification of memories. If you're not sleeping well, whatever you are trying to solidify into your LTM (long term memory) will probably will be stored but you will have a hard time retrieving it later on.
Now, with that being said, there are many things you can do to help make your learning curve steeper. The very first you must know is that we learn best when we can relate what we are learning to something you already know. For example, if you are trying to learn vocabulary, then you're best bet is to write coherent sentences (coherent sentences is the key phrase here) to help you introduce a new word to your vocabulary.
When learning concepts in other disciplines, it helps if you create analogies to things that you already know. For that, I don't have a ready example for, but you can email me and I'll try to think of one for you.
Good luck with everything.
dont think too hard and youll reserve your thinking power
