i felt that a couple of days ago, except i was dong gymnastics and had a vision of me dying. they were getting out some apparatus half way through the session, and i just saw myself slipping off and dying, my gf being so sad and killing herself. i got so scared that i just had to leave the building. i went outside and had an extended warm up before football(soccer).
when that happens to me, i just watch some funny stuff hoping to forget bout it. nothing ever happens to me...
It could mean that something is going to happen, but it was moret than likely just a mild anxiety attack. Thats wha they feel like.
