Have you ever felt..?!
Question: REALLY great some days and then some of them, you have felt really low?
When I feel low, I crawl into my bed and listen to some music or try to cheer myself up. I also, sometimes have a shower and I feel this makes me feel better about myself.
What is your method and does everyone get these highs and lows?
I'm feeling happy/alright today, though. :)

I am glad you can balance your highs and lows. Crawling into bed might not be the best idea, but music is great. I only get a few days a year on the high side of the ledger so value what you have, look after your self body and mind.

Yes most people have highs and lows, I just take the dog out for a long walk, it usually does the trick.

or look at photos... of good times XD
music or a good film
To some extent, 'moods' and 'feelings' vary in degree and intensity; its not unusual. Choose a method which increases a form of happiness; one which lasts in the heart and the conscience.
