Al-Anon question?!
Question: I'm 17 years old, with a stepfather whom is an alcoholic. I searched the site and the closest Alateen meetings are on nights that I work and cannot attend. However, there is an Al-Anon meeting on my night off, close to where I live. Can I still attend this even though Alateen is more ideal for person my age?

Of course you can! You will always be welcome and may need to be at that meeting anyway, you may need more of an adult perseption. Good Luck to you, I hope that you get the answers and help you need to help with your situation.
You are older enought for Al-anon and would probably enjoy it more than teen.
