Girlfriend nightmare and migrane problems?!
Question: My girlfriend is 15 about to be 16. About a month ago she read something that destroyed our relationship (at the time), she started having migranes and really bad nightmares. Nightmares so bad that she woke up the next day with cuts on her lip. She broke up with me for a week, and the migranes went away but the nightmares did not. Her and I got back together. She still has the migranes her and there, but they are now caused because she has become an insomniac because she is scared of her nightmares and what might happen is she goes to sleep. So here is my question, How can my girlfriend get ride of either her migranes or nightmares without the use of medication, psychological help, or anything that could physically harm her?
