Recreational, I try to keep it about 2 hours a night, but other times, like on weekends, it's more. It, for me, has replaced the TV.
I have no Idea what "normal" is, as you know.... lol
It depends on how fat you want to be.
that really varies, like I am on the internet just browsing like almost 3 hours a day
If I'm online less than 9 hours a day, I start to get the shakes.
