Eurgh!....headache problem?!

Question: about 18 months ago i did a spot of sunbathing in my back garden & i got burnt...a bit...More or less on my forehead. Now I seem to have noticed i have a sore point on left hand side of my forehead.

I suffer from depression for 20 years (even though that has nothing to do with it!!) & first week of January, I attempted suicide

I dont really want to waste my time by going to the doctors but My Mum thinks its more serious...what do you think?

You write 'headache', but it sounds more like the pain is on the skin (sore point on the left side of the forehead).
The sunburn is eighteen months ago, so there might not be any direct link, but if there is a problem mole there, you might want to get it checked out.

As for the depression problem, if you haven't already received treatment, you should go to the doctor and talk about treatment options. Suicidal thoughts or attempts are not something that easily go away.

Any time that you are thinking about taking you life, you need help. This shows your mom loves you and wants to keep you around in this world. I feel you should go to the doctor, you owe this to yourself and your health.

Give it a few days, and if it gets any worse, or still causes you pain/irritation, go to the doctor. That's what they're paid for and will put you and your mum at ease.

i would try aroma therepy. essital oils, insence, stuff like that. certain smells such as geranium and lavender can calm and soothe you and your headachs and state of mind.
i, however, dont suggest smoking pot or drinking.

stay on the happy side of life, and think of happy things, and pretend to smile even though things arnt the best. - it works. because then on the inside things turn happy, just like the outside.

i also surrond myself with happy pictures and memories, content music, and positive notes, it keeps me from laying in bed all day crying with the door closed and drinking myself "stupid".

i understand.

i think you should go to the doctors and get professional advice!
