Usually sex in dreams means that you feel close to that person. Maybe this dream meant that you want to feel closer to guys/family members, like you feel you need someone to talk to.

I remeber the same thing happened with me when I was 9 but it was because I've read storys that contains sextually contents and I'd think about it over and over again so maybe thats why you've had these dreams. :]

Hope I helped.

well u have probably hit puberty all ready and are now curious about sex. and the part about the relatives is that u are more comfortable with those males then any others so the dreams tend to be with them. it doesn't mean that u r crazy. everyone has weird dreams about relatives, they just don't admit it. it's taboo. in dreams sex is usually good. unless its a nightmare.

Sometimes when we come into puberty, our mind grapples with issues of our emerging sexuality. It is a new thing our sexual nature and the mind needs to sort things out in the safety of our dreams.

It also might be a symbol of intimacy. A wanting of closer and more meaningful relationships ( not sexual).

Some feel to understand a dream one can give a voice to the oddest thing in the dream, such as a penis, and imagine what "he" might want to say and write it down. Such as "I want a soft, welcoming and safe place to be."

That tells the dreamer that it is not about sex but a wanting
to be in a place to be that is not hurtful, cold and scary. Especially with the men or boys that are hurtful in the dreamers actual life..

Don't worry, boys have similar dreams too when hitting puberty. part of growing up.
