How do you personally limit your stress and anger?!

I try to talk it out walk it out or cut it out. In other words if it's person that is stressing me out I will try to talk to them about it . If its a project that is giving me stress I walk away from it for a while. If its something that I really don't have control over I try to cut it out of my life or avoid the situation as much as possible.. Some things we can change, others we cannot and the way to avoid stress is to have the wisdom and acceptance to know the difference.

simple, dont let it get to you, i smoke a joint and relax to get rid of stress, works for me

By taking long breaths, sharing the problem with some intimate friend and yelling in a vacant room to get cool down.

i talk it out, i tend to take it out on ppl whick is not fair so i try very hard not too do this. best for me is going for a run

Depending upon the type of stress, it takes only one or a number of things to help myself find that inner peace. The very first thing I do in all stressful situations is pray and ask God to help me to give the problem over to Him and not stress over it. Sometimes reading scripture that reminds me of how God takes care of me, listening to music and meditating all help relieve stress. Knowing that there is a Heavenly Father who takes my worries and comforts me, is the biggest stress-reliever I have.
