well i can help u with some of the things.

firstly, no matter how comfortable others may seem, MOST if not all students who have to speak in a class feel the same way and are doing their best to cover their nervousness. i had the worst problem with public speaking now i just dont care. my heart still pounds yeah, but at least i can get through it pretty well.

dont memorize every line of ur speech, just the main points. dont stare directly at the audience, but past them at a wall or something. or stare at random items. just not at the person. i find that really helps.

Try drinking alcohol before you have to speak, it always works for me to relax myself and take some edge off.

the only thing I know that overcomes fear is action so practice practice practice good luck I know you will be the best speaker ever.
