Confidence booster?!

Question: Im training to become a server at work. Ive been working there as a hostess/busser for the past 6 months. So I basically know how everything works...but I get really nervous when it comes to my trainer watching me, he thinks he's hot sh*t, so Im afraid to f*ck up...like makes me more likely to screw up.
I just hate that feeling...like you think youre gonna screw up before you even get to doing it. Sort of anxiety...I just want to know how I can put it behind me in the moment and just get through it like a pro. haha How do I stop myself from freaking out!? Does anyone else ever feel like this..and what kind of things do you do to get through it!?

My kind of confidence booster is to think that I can do better than my enemy and really just don't think about them. If you do, you can't concentrate on your work.
gahh.. it happened to me before! I was soo scared. But hey, if you think to yourself that you are the hot sh*t and you don't give a hell about him then you're good to go, you know.
Don't feel intimidated. Don't think about your trainer and think about serving the people. who cares about him anyway?
you can do it! n_n

He is obviously acting that way because he WANTS you to screw up, and he expects you to. He is only intimidating you... you have to prove him wrong. Show him that you KNOW YOU are hot Sh*t

lol

GOOD LUCK!! if you know that you can do it, why let some one else make you feel like you can't?

See self confidence, in section 38, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris "Fake it, 'till you make it": act confidently, and with time, self assurance will develop. Expect to make the occasional error, and just laugh it off, when you do, but use it to resolve to do better.
