Why are you feeling this way? Love life? Money? Friends? I'd like to say to turn to those that are close around you. If you don't want to tell them about your thoughts then just get involved with them. Go out and do something, go for a walk, go shopping, play sports. And don't be afraid to let somebody close to you know. And stay away from alcohol. Assuming that your body can handle taking it, go to the store and pick up some hydroxycut. It is a workout pill but whenever I used to take it, it put me in a better mood. Be sure to read the warning labels. This won't be a permanent fix but it may help you a little bit.

think about the amout of hot ladies you will now have to meet in heaven but ya wont be able to shag. jus kidding ^^

Sorry, I'm no expert - but perhaps it may help to hunt for something that lightens your heart a little ( a friend, a family member, a sunset) and focus in on that. In the mean time hold onto your value and go and get some help ( I'm not a fan of help lines either .. is there a Dr. you trust and can be honest with).

Don't give up

take a walk our you on meds ??can you call afriend if you really feel like that and your thinking pattren dont change,,, you need to call crisis center parents love one get the help you need and stop being proud,,, seek help,,,,,

find a passion, eg art, sport, things

I'm under contract with my family, friends, counselor, the hospital and the police because of my past suicide attempts. I have to call all of them until I reach someone on the contract to talk me through it. If not I can be thrown in jail.
Find someone to talk to. Someone you can help or get you help. Teenagers aren't on that list. That's the first thing.
Then, make a list. Think of all the people you love. Think about how you would react if someone called you in the middle of the night for help. If they are on the list make them a safety person for you. When you get really over whelmed and think you will hurt yourself start making calls.
Finally, if this all fails go to a hospital. It's a big leap of faith but they can help get you on meds & in talk therapy.
Don't make yourself hurt more than you need. Get help.
