Answers: psychiatrists who work in hospitals not just psychiatrists but ones who work in hospitals.

they talk to patients in hospitals and help them deal with their death, also they talk to the families to help with the death of the families.
also they prescribe medicin because it helps them with mental health like being depressed and other things.

perscribe medicine. Which is bad. I don't believe in medicine. I believe in electro shock therapy.

They prescribe medication and drug you. That is a bad thing. I hate them for drugging me.... meh.

they are people who try to help other people with their problems. Then they may give you a medication or something like that.

Depends what part of the world you are in to some degree. In the UK they tend to see people with severe or chronic mental health problems.
Consults tend to be a little more relaxed than most outpatient contacts. They often like to spend an hour maybe in the initial assessment.

They assign you medicine, and they make sure you don't have any bad side effects from whatever it is you're taking.
A psychologist on the other hand is somebody who figures out what disorder/mental whatever you have and helps you cope with it.
