I am absolutely sure you will outgrow this, I know it feels like it will take forever, though. I base my answer on my own brother and on this man who is totally hot that I know...
My brother was beyond what you are describing, so skinny and pale and tiny, then he started changing around the age of 20, he is a healthy weight now with broad shoulders and muscles and such. The other man I told you about, who is so hot now, started out like you describe as well, and is now so broad shouldered and muscled it is incredible. Very hard to imagine what he used to look like. His body started changing in his 20's as well, so don't give up hope.
You can help that process along by eating enough protein and getting iron in your diet, as well as taking vitamins and exercising. Building muscle by exercise bulks up your bone mass, also.
DO NOT take "growth hormones" or any crappy over the counter junk to try and make things happen for you, it will make things worse.
Just eat healthily, exercise, take your vitamins, and try to stop comparing yourself to others.
Not having sexual desire is actually just an indicator that you're puberty hasn't kicked into full gear yet, and that is NOT a bad thing.
It will protect you from making stupid decisions that could affect the rest of your life...
Once puberty hits you full force, watch out, I bet you turn out completely different than you are now.
And I'm sure you do hate it when your mom calls you that, she should be ashamed! Would she like it if people called her manly-woman?

There are a lot of factors, especially family tendencies, to consider. You may need to up your protein also. As a mother, I would never call any of my kids names like that. That's one time when you wouldn't be disrespectful if you told her not to say that anymore. Just remember to appreciate everything you already have.
