How to move on after the end?!
Question: I ended therapy with my therapist last week after 11 months of contact, over twenty sessions and many emails. She helped me a lot although she wasn't supposed to. I didn't have to pay her a cent as it was at an educational institution.
I am missing seeing her so much. It is depressing. I know it is for the best and I want to move on and stop thinking about it
How long does it take to grieve and move once any kind of relationship ends? :(

you will move on, but at present you are grieving someone who cared a lot for you, perhaps you might ask if she wouldn't mind you emailing her for a while, i am sure she would understand, and may-be you should tell her how you are feeling.. she may very well have a great answer for you, in coping with a loss of the recourse she provided you with over the past 11 months>>>>>>>good luck
