I can't help wondering why you are so stressed at such a young age. Maybe you've bottled up your feelings for a long time??
Meditation is a good way to handle stress as the more you do it the calmer you become. Many people do it for 15 minutes every morning and 15 minutes every night before going to sleep. (This has the added benefit that you get a good night's sleep too which should help).
It may be that you are overly responsible for things - or feel that you are. Eldest children in the family often have that problem as I know all too well!
Good luck, relax and don't stress yourself out about being stressed! You'll gradually learn to let go. Keep your hair on..

If you have so much stress at sixteen, you are going to be in trouble. Stress is a "serious" problem. Seriousness is the key. You can't be so serious. And for GOD's sake if that doesn't help, get professional help. Stress can kill you.

Calm down and take deep breaths when you get mad or sad. And think before you talk so it doesn't lead into a fight or something.

Sounds like you need some good stress management skills. Check out some things on the internet to learn what you can control and what you can't in your life. Learn breathing skills and maybe start a journal where you can keep your thoughts for reflection so you can see the things you have worried about in the past and have gotten through.

Exercise, it works wonders and it actually increases feel good endorfens , also known as "Runners High"

Ask yourself, "What really needs to be done? Is the deadline realistic?" No one is perfect, so do not expect perfection from yourself or others. And ask for help if you need it.
Meditate. It only takes about 10
