Anxiety! I don't know what to do anymore. Please Help!?!


Question: I am 22 years old and I graduated from college in May and I started a new job in August. I HATE the job and I can not concentrate when I am there. The office is very bizarre. No one there talks to each other or really even say hi to each other. I have never felt like this before. I have really bad anxiety about it and I can not sleep correctly at night from it. I have even started seeing a counselor for it.
