I need serious answers only! Sorry this one is long!?!


Question: Okay so here is the deal. I am like super stressed out right now. I have 4 papers due for the last semester of my college, and I get my bachlor's. I work 33 hours a week at a job I hate. Now I am seriously angry all the time. I am not a happy person to begin with, but lately I have just been so freakin' angry! My fiance and I have had arguments every day and night for like the past two weeks. I hate my body and just want to smash mirrors. I mean it is getting bad, and I am worring that my depression is back again. I am up and down. I am an emotional mess! I just don't know what to do. I tried to lower my hours at work, they won't let me. I just can't be happy anymore, and all I do is cry and yell. Please give me some suggustions to cope. I just want to be normal agian!

You need a break. I know you don't think you have time, but if you don't get some good old fashion rest, you be sorry. Tell you boss that you need time off. If they don't give it to you, go to your doctor, explain everything. Maybe you can go on disability for awhile. Don't be ashamed to ask for help. We all need it sometimes.
Please take the time to take care of yourself. I was you. I ended up losing my health, my job & a few friends before I got help. I will keep you in my prayers.

Calm down! You do have a lot of stuff going on & its stress. If you keep buidling up stress, it could get worse. You need to take one thing at a time. If you avoid anything, you are gonna make your stress level higher & things are not gonna go smooth anytime soon. Take a deep breath & think things through. I know you said you have too much going on. Take 5 minutes & do something or say something that you like. You are not agreeing with your fiance, both need to sit down to talk. It isn't easy. Stress can create ulcers. I have one bc I ignored all the crap in my life. Now I need to take it easy.

The anger is a direct result of resisting what is happening. There's no other cure except acceptance of what is.

It sounds to me as though you are stressed out. (And, no, I am not being intentionally stupid.) The reason I mention it is that somehow you are going to need to find a way to design your life in such a way to relieve some of that. You are overscheduled and have too much to do.

Something is going to have to give.. and you are going to have to choose what that will be. Perhaps lessen your load at school or something like that.

You sound seriously close to burn-out. It's not that uncommon. We all have different capacities so don't make judgments about yourself. Just accept it and work with it.

My humble opinion, of course. Take the best and leave the rest.

you need to calm down take the papers first then work and then the fiance and don't get stressed if you do it will mess up everything just take one step at a time.

My solution to your short-term situation is to "be sick" a week from the job and work on your papers. Tell your finance you need space and peace an quiet during that time . Maybe even have him take a vacation elsewhere.

If you've had depression before seek out medical help and get the treatment you need to handle it.

Once the weight and pressure of those papers are behind you, things should brighten substantially.

Keep the lights on in your living spaces while you're awake. It's winter and seasonal affect disorder is a real deal. Keep it bright. Get outside at least once a day and just breath fresh air and rest your mind.

Get enough sleep. Sleep deprivation will mess with anyone's brain.

let go let nature/God do it for you.

I would go have a massage and relax. You need to make sure you are drinking enough water durning this time. To make sure that your bowel keep moving. With you being stressed it puts your body into a flight or fight mode which mean that if someone was chasing you some of your bodies systems change durning that time one of them is that your digestive system shuts down. And you can become constipated and then the toxins backup and can make you have mood swings. I see it all of the time in my office. And take time to breath. Find a colon therapist in your area and go have a colonics. It will change your life. I have so many women come in and are amazed how they feel after the colonics. I hope this helps you

Well....it is easier that you think to find the help you need....yes...and you know who is going to to give you the help you need?....YOURSELF.!!!!! Yes sir.
Look...who is the most important person for you in this world ?
YOU!!!!Who is the person that REALLY cares about you?....
Again....is YOU!!!!. So.....
Sit and get a piece of paper and a pencil and....write what is the MOST important of all your duties.....the papers.....the long
working hours....your fiancee.....etc.

Write in order of importance to you what is first,what is second etc.Then...just use your brain and common sense
and do what YOU KNOW you have to do take care of that.

BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO!!!!!!!!
You dont need anybody!!!!you are smart enough to deal with each of those situations and fixe them the way YOU WANT. And...
STICK TO IT!!!.

First is first,second is second...etc.You are old enough,smart
enough,and know what you want.DO WHAT YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO DO!!!!!!! GUTS GUTS AND MORE GUTS!!!!
Think about the most important person in your life...YOU!!!Stop feeling sorry for yourself!!!!Give yourself what you deserve,what you want....and to the hell with everything and
everybody else. YOU ARE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!!!
And baby...you know that.Be smart(you are very intelligent)
love yourself FIRST.
You will see that it is really easy to do what you KNOW you
have to do.Yo do NOT need anybody to tell you nothing...

You can do it...and will do it.I am sure of that.
