It gives you a great feeling of satisfaction once you've done it. Also lets you cross it off your mental checklist, so it's not on your mind so much. And it always feels great to overcome a challenge.

Sometimes you'll find that simply starting to do that thing you were avoiding is the hardest part, and once you get over the initial reluctance to it, and just dig in, it's not so hard at all. Might even find out you enjoy it, or at least know that you'll enjoy the positive effects of it later on!

A feeling of confidence in the long run. With visible progress you can learn to love almost anything.

Learning "self discipline" and pushing your boundaries can only make you a stronger person.

Exercising always has helped me with my moods. It is a chore to step out of your comfort zone, but it helps you to adapt and be able to change.

you'll have a bad mood while indulging in them, raise your heart rate, get couple wrinkles and be sad!

Getting them over & done with.

Torture!

You accomplished something that you never thought you could and no one can take the experience away from you EVER!!!!

It makes you see the other side of life and by so doing you gain a new experience.
