Going to a pshycologist is not a bad thing, and in fact everyone should talk to someone once in a while to get their head straight, but you should definitely talk to a parent about how you are feeling first. If you feel weird talking to mom or dad, then maybe talk to a guidance counselor, they always helped me while I was in middle school. Honestly, middle school is a rough time for a lot of kids, its a big age...a lot of changes, and you are probably just trying to find yourself....figure yourself out! Definitely talk to SOMEONE though, because although you think there is no one to talk to, I gaurantee there is SOMEONE that would want to listen....hey look at how many strangers on here care! :) Hope this helps!

it wouldn't hurt. talk to your mom she may be able to relate to how your felling

A good rule of thumb is, if you ask this question, the answer is yes. It can't hurt, it can only help.

yeah, i've been there, done that, it really helps. so yes, you should see a psycologist. just tell your parents how your feeling and maybe they will find one for you. my parents did that without me asking, of course, they're just overprotective. heehee. but dont worry, you'll get better soon. depression can be helped.

yeah start by talking to mom or a school counsellor

Stop worrying! As a teenage girl, your hormones are all over the place. I have a teenage daughter and she's exactly the same...You'll grow out of it, I know it's a hard time for you, but give it time....You'll be ok.

Hi--Yes, I would say so. If you show little interest in once-enjoyable activities, if you feel sad, helpless, tired or worthless, and if your eating and sleeping habits have changed greatly, see your doctor to determine if you have depression.

You don't have to be depressed to see a psychologist, but if you feel depressed the yes I'd say you should see some one, whats happening to you is common but its important to get help so you don't have to continue to feel that way, the longer you wait to get help, the worse its likely to get.

God Almighty is your best Healer. God loves you and you are precious to Him. Just come to Jesus with repentance and faith, and you will find a life worth-living.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives us air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives us water to drink and food to eat.
God gives us a wonderful body and a sound mind and life.
God loves us, and we are precious to Him.
The Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus
