Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder... i actually have a friend with one and a sibling with the other... some signs are: uncharacteristically hyper, find difficulty focusing for a certain period of time- especially in school where your mind just wanders all over), excessive talking, inability to relax, and not thinking before speaking (blurting is a bad habit)... if it's not causing you a problem, then i wouldn't be too worried, but it can affect relationships, work, etc. and if it does, you should get it checked out... the choice is yours- good luck!

ADD atention defiency disorder something like that... know it means you cant stand still for short periods of time and you are overally energetic
Crazy loco cannot concentrate on 1 subject. Talks about 1 thing and immediately talks about something else. Try to get them to do a math problem, they try for 1 minute and then begin looking outside. Try to read and instead begin talking. Just can't pay attention to 1 subject for longer than a minute or two.
