First of all, I'm sorry you feel this way.
That sucks, and we've all been there.
I would like to suggest that you feel this way because you know there's more to life than what you have, and you know you were created for more.
You feel something inside telling you things aren't right, you just don't know what.
Please take the time to read or get the audio book of "Wild at Heart" by John Eldredge.
It is for men and describes the longing in a man's heart for adventure, excitement, danger, respect, and how men can become angry and sad when they are made to suppress those longings of their hearts.
It will explain so many things to you, and help you overcome what you are experiencing now.
Life is too short to feel that way, take action!

I truly hope you feel better soon! Report It

  • if you find an answer plz tell me because even if things are going perfect for me i will have sudden random bursts of intense anger and sadness and burst into tears about quite frankly nothing!!

I think you have some feelings that you're not facing. There's something going on with you that you will not acknowledge. So you push it down inside and every once in a while something triggers those feelings, then you get angry or sad. I would recommend talking to a therapist to get to the root of your problem.
