Look up "ambien overdose" on Google and see what it says... what's the maximum dose you can take. You probably did overdose yourself a bit but it's not like you took 10 of them, so it will probably go away. Drink a lot of water, and get some exercise. Don't do other meds today unless they're prescribed; don't drink; don't take painkillers. Let your body cleanse itself.
However, if the restlessness persists, call the doc who prescribed it.

I think you are only supposed to take one? Maybe you might have fallen asleep on your arm and it went to sleep? Or you can get nerve damage called peripheral neuropathy, not necessarily from ambien, but maybe if you took too much...
Well I just returned yesterday from my best friends funeral she took one too many ambien. So not a very good idea you need too call someone too sit with you and whatever you do don't drive hopefully you will fall asleep and you can sleep this off.

Ambion is pretty powerfull stuff. It may have killed Heath Ledger.
Try hot baths before bed, and long walks.
This is why the doctor gives a specific dosage.
