I watch that high frequently
I just cant stop it ..
I do masturbate each time ..
I know that I am doing something wrong but I just cant stop it!
All I need is a way to stop this ...
I am an IT specialist and even I use my computer skills get more pics and movies ... from the web.
I've been in this situations for years and each time I say I will succeed this time .. but unfortunately .. I don't!

You may have sex addiction. There are many types. Don't punish yourself, it is a condition, like an illness and it is difficult to fight alone.
You may be feeling alone (no matter that you are married or have a girlfriend or family, you can still feel alone).
I suggest you try to read one of the "sex addicts" websites that try to help. There, you may talk to someone, a counsellor, or just talk to people that feels like you do.

You need to get yourself from in front of that computer and go out. Keep yourself from it. Make plans to go out with friends, family, or just do something yourself. Addictions is a serious thing and can lead into other problems.

Sex and masterbation are 100% natural. i take it that what you are watching is either illegal or you are a believer in "god" and feel masterbation is a sin....
i can assure you that those are just issues of morality. Throughout your life you are conditioned to think sex is a great evil. Masterbation is surely the least evil sexual act you can possibly commit although technically since you don't want it its rape lol... You don't want to be a rapist so you better just start wanting it!
