How do I relax?!
Question: Honestly I have had a bad last few days and I think Im having like a small panic attack or something...any suggestions? Its 5 am and I need to sleep :o(

Lie down staright, relax ur body, start relaxing from toe to head and once u feel that ur body is relaxed, count backwords 100 onward.........believe me it works Dear
Find a siginficant other ! Read and breath in and out slowly helps too !
sleeping in late helps me to relax, also just staying home by yourself this weekend with a few candles burning, a few of your fav movies, and maybe some wine could be nice. just ignore the rest of the world. maybe take a hot bubble bath too. that's what i usually do when I'm stressed out
i think you need to calm down yourself sit in a place where temprature is pleasent..and than gently whisper to yourself that "I CAN GET OUT THIS FRUSTRATION" do it about 10 times and youll feel sleepy...it works on me..but if it done work than you can watch your favorite show..maybe read some jokes(i got lotta of em in my profile)...listen to some music....But the key is you gotta keep the strong willpower up...take a good deep breath and than forget about everything make your mind numb would be a lil difficult to do first But youll feel better than...just try to divert your mind outta your problems..
Watch a funny, interesting movie, meditate. Daydream & try to picture a happy moment. Take a walk. Talk to a friend/family member.
