Anxiety can strike at any age. Sometimes it's a temporary feeling that occurs because a situation is new or scary. In the case of being a personality disorder it can be triggered by many things and interrupt the quality of your life. Try these links:

You're aren't in any deep trouble, you just tend to have a lot of stress that is taking a toll mentally on you (possibly physically). It's not that bad to have because they have medications to help you relax.

of course. anxiety symptoms have a huge range...feeling ill, feeling "out of yourself", chest pain, body aches, lack of appetite, panicky feeling, feeling of impending doom,trembling,recurring headaches, trouble sleeping, cold extremities, numbness in hands and soles of feet...the list goes on and on.

very nervous, feel like something is wrong but can't pin-point it, everything you have going on is on your mind all at one time. situations seem worse to you than they really are.

it quit happening to me when i quit smoking.
