One step at a time.Define some goals- things you want in your life and where you want to be in say 3 months,then narrow it down to like 1-2 steps toward that goal.Changes are not huge leaps,they are steps in the right direction.Good luck

HONESTLY I ALMOST RUINED MY WHOLE LIFE AND NOT UNTIL RECENTLY I HAD A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE AND NOW IM TRYING TO BETTER MYSELF. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO REACH THE BOTTOM BEFORE YOU CAN COME UP. THATS HOW IT WAS FOR ME.
