Tell me about bi-polar or phobias.?!


Question: What do you think of a person who hardly takes bathes.That's if they do then. They constantly lie about things. But washing part eats at my nerves. This is a 24 year old girl who have running water at home. She raised with all the necessities as child and parents told her the importance of being clean.Do you think this problem told to a doctor or shrenk.

Yeah this sounds like depression or just plain old laziness or bad habits, which can be a symptom of bi-polar, but don't really have anything to do with it. Why don't you just worry about yourself?

What does that have to do with bi-polar disorder? Phobia maybe, but bi-polar disorders are different...

This has NOTHING to do with bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder is manic-depressive illness and is about mood swings. It is offensive to bipolar people to suggest whay you are describing is in any way related. Jane Pauley is bipolar. Do you think she takes regular showers/baths? Lying and lack of cleanlines have nothing to do with mood swings (although some very depressed people may become too depressed to get up and shower, and some really manic people may exaggerate).
