Y cant i remember things as well as i could last year ??!

Question: im 14 but last summer all i did was computer and games and now i have computer vision syndrome/eye fatigue, and i have stopped games and a lot of computer, just al ittle bit like now, but when i try to think of certain things its a struggle for me to remember when i used to remember everything photographicly, and now i can barley remember what i had for breakfast some days. is this because of eye fatigue that i have? sinse i cant see clearly (not literally clearly but fatigued) that i cant remember what i cant see clear? or did i fry my brains is it permanent? kinda nervous

I don't think it's permanent, but you still need to get your brain refocused on outside activities and reading books...enjoying what you are learning.

Allow yourself to be bored and allow yourself some quiet time. When you have computer and tv stimulus all day, your brain does have a hard time focusing.
Really enjoy your other activities and you will soon remember things better (you always remember something better when you enjoy it...allow yourself to enjoy it and you will learn it!)

i cant tell you for sure whats causing it but you can always pick up some memory training books at the bookstore. thats what my boyfriend did and he stares at a pc all day, hes a video game programmer.

It's because of global warming..............

Calm down. It may just be stress. Find a calm hobby to do like draw, yoga, etc. Or after school have a small snack sit down and just read a book or play outside (but mind u, u still need to do your homework). try and not play video games or watch tv as much. that should help too. If that isnt it then please go to the school nurse or your doctor.

assuming you dont do any drugs... go to sleep at the same time every night, EAT HEALTHY!!!!!! and exercise. Your brain should feel clear in no time.
PS If you do drugs thats why!

get a puppy they tend to help honestly u will feel better get one at the dog pound for like 20 bucks or less
