wow lol, im sure some pplz in this question are gonna say something about you being too young to have stress, but im 15, and between my grandmother dying, my second degree blackbelt test, midterms in school, having to begin looking at colleges, and still have time for my friends and practicing my drawing always, im totally stressed.
*My parents dont trust me
-did you do anything to make them not trust you, try not doing anything wrong for a long time, always think about what the outcomes of you deciscions may be. Also, if you didnt do anything wrong, your parents may just not want to admit your growing up, happens to alot of people, or they could just be really strict, that happens too to some people.
*my friend is moving
-Part of life is growing away from people, chances are, when you go to college, your not going to have any of your old friends around, its just a chance to make new friends to hang out with.
*my grades and school work
-Hate to tell ya this, but too bad, your gonna have to deal with this well into your 20's. Your not even in high school yet, you dont have to worry about mid terms or finals (yeah, taking 6, hour and a half tests across 3 days on stuff you learned from september till january, the WORST!). I dont know how your school works, but in my 11th grade year, next year, I need to deal with normal school work, have to worry about PSATS in the fall, and SATS in the spring, grad project, an enormous project you have an entire half a year class on, find a college, and the PSSAs (the pennsulvania state standards assessments) in math, science, reading, and writing. AND, you got a 4 year minimum in college of hard work, i know i want to go to be a form of doctor, an 8 year minimum.
*my friend is depressed and they are getting me upset
-If its the same freind thats moving, just try to make the time they have with you all the better, if its a different friend, just try to cheer them up, if you cant, dont stress too much on a problem thats not yours, it sounds mean but its only gonna make you life harder if you dont.
*my parents dont seem to care
-Of course they care, if you said they dont trust you, then they obviously dont let you do things you wanna do, so they obviously care about your safety. Just try to sit down with your parents and tell them how you feel, or come up with a hobby for you to do together, ive never really had that problem since me and my mom were always so close. She cares alot about me but lets me do anything i want asl ong as its not drugs or whatever not because she doesnt care, but because she trusts me. My dad on the other hand, we hate eachother haha.
*my dad gets angery wen i try to tell him anything he doesnt wanna hear
-Samee here, just try to blow it off, its something completely common with parents. I know when im really stressed out i do the same thing without noticing it, dont blame him. just try to go along with whatever hes doing when hes stressed or troubled.
*my great grandmother just died
-Sorry about that, my grandmother is 90 and has a failing heart, she needs open heart sergery but shes too old to sustain it, she could die any day now. Just think of it as a normal part of life, cause well, it is. Everybody has to die, sometimes, you, me, even your great grandmother. Shes in a better place, im sure it wasnt easy on her being really old, she proboally had alot of pain, shes probobally alot better off now. Be happy for that.
*high school next year
-When i started 9th grade last year, and started high school, i was really nervous the few days before it, you know, low man on the totem pole, and having about 3000 kids in the school instead of just 1000. As soon as i stepped into that school, i saw one of my friends from middle school, walked around with her, and everythign jsut orta fell into place, it was just like middle school, but bigger. If your worry about people picking on you because your younger, dont, by the time your in high school, everyones 14-18 years old, everyones too mature for picking on others, its not somethign to worry about.
*i am staying up to late stressing and crying
-When its time to sleep, jsut dont think about anything, just lye down, close your eyes, and let everything slip away, dont think about the test the next day, dont think about your friend, just bring up a happy memory and relax, not sleeping at night only makes everything else more difficult, adding to the stress because you dont have the energy to deal with it.
*im being late 4 skool
-Same thing as above, fall asleep earleir, about 10-11:30 ish, not toomuch later or you'll be tired and stress will add up.
*too many tests
-Again with school, you just sorta have to roll with it. Study as much as you can for them, you and me both know, you spend time doing things with your free time other than studying and homework, i dotn wanna sound like a teacher but you should spend your time doing schoolwork, doing well in school is ALOT off your shoulders, trust me. Doing well in school will take you a LONG way too, better grades = better job and more $$$ haha.
*im being overwelmed by stress do u no wat i can do and trying to forget WONT WORK!! :'(
-Just an average part of life. You sorta just gotta deal with it, and also know yyou CANT do everything, just do everyting you cant and what you cant do, jsut dont worry. Nobodys perfect,a nd trying to be will only kill you in the end. Just try your best and thats all anybody can ask for. If people have a problem with it, screw them, you dont need people who won't dont understand your problems and needs. Just what ever you do, DO NOT resort to drugs and alchohol, that only leads to more problems and a screwwed up future.
Just do your best and everyting will work out in the end.

Just think when you get older you get even more to stress about.

quiturbitchin.

maybe you're getting old? how old are you? you must have a time for your self. Do some recreational activities with your family, friend, and others. Don't let your body stress in school. Enjoy your life! You have many things to do!

My therapist told me to do this: Find a place that you can call your own and be comfortable in. Go there when you are stressed and take a deep breath and let it out slowly. It works for some people. Other things that you can try are reading, playing games, drawing, or arts and crafts. Try to find something that you enjoy that will give you an out. I have read more book than most people do in their lifetime lol. That is my out.

you need to find an outlet; all this stress just is not good for one person. fond somewhere you can relax, be yourself, and decompress. i actually had a problem with almost all of these. a journal definitely helps too- when ever you're feeling overwhelmed, jot down everything you're thinging, no matter whether it makes sense on paper or not.
i dont know what the conlifct with your parents is but trust takes time to build and that's all you can do
if your friend is moving, get their email address and keep in touch; my friend moved too and we talk to each other at least once a week. arrange to get together sometime, whether it's over the summer, school break etc.
don't stay up too late; your mind needs it's REM cycle (around 7-8 hours of sleep) to repair itself so if you're staying up late, time management works. pick the most demanding and important items to do and do them before you go to bed. when your brain can't focus anymore, go ahead and crash
i know it sounds easy to say (i went through so mych stress but i had an epiphany) but look at the big picture; life is short and you don't want to go through it always stressing and being depressed. find a friend and a place that truly make you happy and make it your special niche. don't worry about the little things and maybe write your daily schedule and list of things to do so that you're not so stressed with school. and by the way, high school only seems scary. once you hit it, just go with the flow (and dont take honors/AP classes if you don't have the time- it's not worth the strass) good luck and best wishes!
