How can i be more motivated?!


Question: sometimes i think that my problem (in how i lead my life) is that i don't care enough.. like i'm too unmotivated to go the gym and get in shape, get a job, get a driver's license, etc.. i make an effort sometimes but don't bother following through. only recently, since i've gotten into college, have i even really put more than a basic effort into my daily appearance.. how can i be more proactive and less apathetic?

i put up little reminders for myself to help me be more motivated.

to help me stick to my exercise plan and eat right-i hung my bikini up on a hangar and hung it up on my wall in my room-i have to see it like a hundred times a day now and it reminds me to stay on track so i can look great when summer time comes-it's really worked too!!

for the job motivation-try making a list of all the things you'd really like to buy/have if you had the money for it. post this list in a place where you can see it all the time (like the fridge or near your computer screen). this will help you get the job.

i sometimes feel unmotivated to do more with my looks than throw my hair into a ponytail and go too (i work full time and have 3 kids at home). i have a picture of my bf and i when i had my hair all curled and my makeup on-it's in a frame by my bed. this helps me do more with myself when i go to leave.

Just tell yourself to do work.

Just start loving your self, you are the only one who can take care of your self so shape your future and future is in your hands, so plan out something that you want to achieve in your life and try working towards that goal you will be motivated every day. Affirm your self that you are active and enthusiastic and whole world admires you.
