Does anybody suffer from the January blues???!

Question: I've never been depressed in my life and I've heard of ppl having the January blues before, and always thought it was silly, but I think i have it now. Is it because its raining so much in Ireland? do the days seem much longer and darker? or am I just imagining all of this?

I get the January blues as well. After the Christmas and New Year celebrations, it feels bit depressing. I just started to come out of it towards the end of January and I'm now looking forward to the Spring. If you look around you should see some signs of Spring already appearing like Snowdrops, Primroses, etc and Easter is coming soon.

Seasonal affective disorder is a type of depression, and it can severely impair your daily life. That said, treatment
