first find out what stresses her out. Try to spend more time with her and try to keep her mind off the thing that stresses her. Encourage her to do things with you, like taking walks or just talking about something she likes ( from my experince, Polish granmas really like talking lol ). The busier she is, the more healthy it is for her and stress shouldn't be a problem. Whenever she starts crying try to change the subject and start doing something

therapy? that helps. or maybe doing something that she really enjoys. what is she stressed about.

try to comfort her and her worries

she could meet more people or see friends, to distract her from stress

meditation and breathing excersises. You can find those on the internet , they will show you how to do them. Make sure she is eating a fairly healthy diet , and maybe some mild excercise ..like going on a short walk will get her heart rate up , and will release those "feel good" endorphins in her brain. She may also need to talk to a specialist ! good luck!

Calm down and take her out to do things she enjoys. You can always give her a nice dose of some of that "jolly green drug" if you know what im saying...calm her down a bit

I think that meditation is the best thing to do. She needs to be in a room with no noise and just sit there and try to clear her thoughts. If she can't then she can concentrate on how she breathes and how she breathes and the way it sounds when she breathes. I can clear my head all the time whenever i want so i guess i'm just cool like that lol!

take her out for a walk once and awhile.........

masturbation and sex is really good for stress, find her a man her age (or a woman if she swings that way). If your worried enough you could bite the bullet yourself.

What is she stressed about particularly? If it's anything that you can help her with, I'm sure you'd do it.
It help if you know HOW to cope with stress in order to deal with it. The more you stress about something, typically the less is done to prevent the cause of stress or the stresser itself.
How about doing something small to help her out, or give her a small treat to get her mind off of what's bothering her for a little while. Cook dinner, or go out to dinner. Fix her up a nice bath or take her to a movie or buy her flowers. Just to let her know you CARE.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Girl, first let's understand that stress is a part of life and it is going to happen, but it is all in how we deal with it. You must help her find something makes her feel happy and love her life. Encourage her to join a senior center or have her start doing activities that get her up and going. Spend time with her, go for a walk together, watch a movie, play a board game. Love life and enjoy it!
