Question: I was just wandering which feels better physically... heroin or an orgasm? For the record, I'm not a drug user, I'm just wandering if this drug that has enslaved so many people actually feels better than an orgasm.

Probably heroin, maybe cocaine. What a pity that these are illegal, lethal, addictive, expensive, socially destructive substances! Orgasms provide a much better and longer lasting sense of satisfaction.
Drugs as they act directly on your brain rather than being a side effect. But then again, if you're allergic to it you'll be seriously sick and probably passout for several hours.

The comparison between heroin and orgasms is bogus. There is nothing in this world like an orgasm. There is nothing in this world like a shot of dope. They are in two different worlds and you can't compare them.
Suppose you hadn't eaten in 5 or 6 days. What would you prefer, an orgasm or a cheeseburger? The cheeseburger, of course. That's somewhat how the junky brain works: you have to satisfy that craving, above all else.
P.S. Don't ever do heroin. Not even once.
