Resources for dealing with voices?!

Question: I have posted here several times before (schizophrenia, 3 years running, I'm 18).
Does anyone know of any resources ON THE INTERNET for dealing with voices?
They have been especially bad recently to the point that I have self-harmed and overdosed just to "please them".
I know that they are not real, but when they come, it feels so real. I also have "acid trip" moments, especially at night (I don't do any drugs, I just get drug-like experiences of completely losing contact with reality).
The school psychologist said that I should have my meds increased, but my doctor is useless and refuses to believe that I am hearing voices; he thinks that they're my thoughts.
I think that I am intelligent enough to distinguish voices from thoughts.
The voices are not in my head, but it feels like 6-7 of them are shouting at my face, around my head.

Sorry, long description.
Are any good resources before I end up doing something really drastic...Please help, I need coping stratgies while I wait...

Sounds like you need to find another doctor who will take you seriously. In the meantime, try a support group to see what other people do to cope with the voices.

Please go to a different doctor! You need to either change doses or change meds (with the doctor's help, of course).

It might help if you check yourself into a hospital where they can evaluate you and keep you safe.

Get ahold of yourself. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. But you need to be rational. Don't do ANYTHING that I wouldn't do.

In order to do THAT you need to feed birds and squirrels, in excess of your dog or cat. The nature of God is thereby revealed, IF ONLY YOU WILL HOLD YOURSELF STEADY.

But don't be an O.D. or hacking at yourself. Shrinks are dangerous. Know that a balanced mind supports society. Society should include animals, who are rational. That is your ID-side, trying to get to you, about the SUPEREGO side, which is God or Allah or LAPD, ret., if you can get some.

You are of those and of your own should-preference, mysteriously named EGO, by Freud. Fraud proliferates, here. And meds by Glaxo-Welcom and Merck, etc. And crooks, named as M.D.s, which cost a lot and pass illegal energy and interest costs to YOU, ME, and to ALL taxpayers.

"Are you currently feeling like you're on top of the world or below the ground?"
You are: doinkaunddinka Your Answer:
Both. Got critters?

Got alcohol? STOP DRINKING. PUT IT DOWN.
