The key to these problems is understanding how they work. Like everything in life, when we know how and why something works we know how to stop it. To try and overcome them without this understanding is exceptionally difficult for whatever we may try, as soon as any symptoms occur, we think that it's not working, it isn't the answer and continue the never-ending search for the 'real answer'.
To stop anxiety disorders we have to know why what we are doing works for it to work - otherwise the unknown will always overpower us. To overcome these problems we have to know how they work and, more importantly, how the way to stop them works - only then will we have the knowledge and power to overcome the natural setbacks that occur.
Self-help (the right kind) is the only way to permanently stop these problems - only you can change the way you think and act - no one can get inside you and do it for you. (Guidance and support from a good therapist can help, but even with this, we still have to do it ourselves).
Medication, sometimes good for symptom relief cannot cure these problems - pills work on a physical level, these problems are psychological and most people's problems run too deep to be cured by merely stopping the symptoms

Relax. Take a really calming bath. Or be with friends a lot. Whichever ones can really make you laugh. that actually is good and calms you down a bit.

get a spelling lesson, then worry about your anxiety

see a therapist. or calm down and realize it's all mental.

Anxiety is treatable with medication, counseling, meditaion and time.

Just change your current circumstances. Hang out with friends or family. Share your stuff with your loved ones or friends. Get some fresh air. Don't keep yourself isolated. If you will keep yourself isolated than your mind would think more about the negative stuff. So chill. Everything would be alright.

i think u mean anxiety??? if u do, i know what its like coz i also suffer from severe anxiety attacks. i start feeling all breathless and panicked over nothin relli. so i just sit down and take deep breaths and drink water, coz i start feeling relli dizzy. and also think to urself, is it relli worth getting stressed over something like this???

Tea, bath, massage, tea, telling yourself you're in control, that you're your own person, you're only human...

Find a mantra that means something to you. Find the problem, and deflect it. Whenever you feel anxious, just say it in your mind, take a breath, and deal with whatever's going on.

Deep breathing, imaging, mindfulness, biofeedback, and other relaxation methods can help provide relief from the symptoms of anxiety. Guided imagery, group therapy, meditation, and relaxation CDs can also help work through feelings of anxiety. If you have bad anxiety, go see a counselor.

Shut your eyes and take slow deep breaths. In thru your nose and out your mouth. Think of yourself in a calming situation. Try to relax

Breath. Close your eyes. Imagine a place, a perfect and imaginary place where you feel safe. Imagine a hot rain starts pouring in this perfect place, and this rain washes all the anxiety off of you. Breath.

OR : Tell yourself "Hakuna matata" (no worries). Caught in the traffic? everybody stressed around? Hakuna matata, you are well and safe in your car. Put the volume up and sing on a good song. Relax instead of panicking. In situations where you can't do anything about it, just RELAX.

There are books that offer lots of suggestions, go to the library or the book store. There are web sites that offer suggestions. Try some of those. There is counseling and/or medication. And my favorite - exercise. You can't be as anxious if you are worn out. A lot of worry comes because we need to be active and burn off energy and we don't. Then that energy makes our brains spin round and round on things that don't really matter. Good luck.

I'd suggest to begin with talking to your primary care Dr. Ask him for a referal to see a mental health provider. They can help with triggers and prescribe meds to help with it!

Try to find the root of make you so anxious and fight it or talk to your doctor about medication for it. I have severe anxiety and have to take medication. Sorta makes me a zombie but better than thinking I am going to die.
