Question: my other has been controlling me...im scared...can barely stop anything...just got through...worried that im doing soemthing
cant remember anything since monday...idk it thursday
scared...i feel possessed....im aware a bit of what happened...cant stop aynthig

Call your therapist or doctor. It doesn't matter who call someone now! If you are talking with your therapist and the "other" comes out thats even better. You need to be treated and set up with medication to control this.
You should call your Therapist and go see a Psychiatrist

Seriously, get help or another means of attention. On second thought... Both.
It's just two components of your conscience. You do not sound schizophrenic... my ex-best friends mom was (we found out much later on.) Multiple personality disorder... unlikely. Just a bit melodramatic. In both my manic and depressive episodes, I get my three selves, each with their own rationales and identities. But it's nothing significant... just my mind at war with itself.
Chill out and return to personality #3... the normal you.
