Well, here's something I found that seems to do me good. Write a list of 20 things that are great in your life. You'll get some generic ones, like "good family," and "good friends," right off the bat, but it's when you run out of these sorts of things when this list really makes a difference. When you can't think of any more universal things, you have to begin thinking deeply about your life and yourself, and in doing that, you realize there are a lot of great things about yourself that you had never realized before. It's a really great way to get to know yourself better. Also, you should start eating healthy and exercising a lot too, because a good diet and exercise actually create those feel good chemicals in your brain associated with happiness and pleasure. Good luck in finding happiness!

females are so emotional that your mood swings and hormones can change and that spells depression so talk to your doctor about this.

A routine of exercise that you stick to will make you feel better. Walk around your block every day for an hour or ride a bike. You will look and feel better.

If you don't "want to go back there" maybe you had the wrong therapist? I feel better when I make others happy. I know that you are busy but look for a volunteer job for a few hours a week or month-go to a nursing home & visit someone who does not have visitors, find a women's shelter for abused women & buy them some much needed personal items-they normally leave quickly & can not take much with them-anything like diapers for a baby, make-up, lotion, etc. If this does not help-see a therapist-better to talk through your issue now rather than go into full blown depression-your child needs a mother that can function normally for her/him.

Lifes full of ups and downs.... treasure the things u do have and try not to focus on the negative... i agree that exercise lifts u up and makes u feel a lot better about yourself....

keep smiling :)

Practise one of the relaxation methods on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, daily, and when needed. Also, give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you . Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris also refer. "Even though I would like to feel much feel better about myself, I deeply and completely accept myself". Self esteem/confidence are addressed in section 38. Volunteer, even from home, at first, to provide a solid basis in reality for the daily affirmations: "I am a good person, who is valued by my community, because I.. (insert activity here)..". Section 47 refers.

Your fine. Just keep doing what you do...

Are you on any medication? Some of them can contribute to depression, notably cholesterol reducing statins(Lipitor, Zocor, etc). Look up a report: "The Weston A. Price Foundation: Dangers of Statin Drugs" if you are on them. Check the internet about side effects of any medications before you take them; doctors don't always warn you.
Do you have regular checks for diabetes, low or high blood pressure, liver function etc.?
Other than that: do something you really enjoy(retail therapy, ha ha).
