I shop. Its bad, for my financial situation. But it completely gets my mind of off any troubles, it is primative in nature, hunting & gathering- very basic human. It makes me very happy in the moment.
A better thing to do would be to get some sunshine, help others, or get physical activity, but none of these beats shopping for me ;)

Do something you've always wanted to, but never have. Something new is usually fun, or at least something different.

I meditate.
Or sometimes I go for long walk,
Or turn on some loud music and forget about it.

I think meditation is the best, but it takes practice to work right, otherwise walking has some good side effects.

lift weights

go to the vitamin store they have natural herbs that work as mood enhancers they really work good luckk =]

I run.Allot to get runners high.Every day.Also I dance, it depends allot on the type of music.All genres are great but to dance and feel good you have to listen to something happy.60's era is good.So is Sly&The family Stone and bob marleyAlso try reading books with positive quotes they're great.

Well, to get myself into a good mood I sing and dance myself till i drop lol

i try to do something i enjoy. and exercise helps me alot w/ being nervous and depressed, seriously it helps me tremendously.

well i kinda feel that way all the time so i gues that i have learned to ignore it and all. but there are times that i want tro get out of that mood. so what i do is things like listen to my mp3 player to get my mind off it and all. i also sometimes do that by reading or something. when i dont got the time for that or whatever i would think of thing i think are funny. or i hang out with friends or something like that . then there is always trying to get away from what is causing u to feel like that

treat yourself to something you like (good chocolate cake, cinema, new outfit...) or something new and exciting.

scream into a pillow it really helps, do at least 20 minutes of exercise (clinically proven to lower feelings of depression) i do it and it helps! do things that you really love. when i am with my dog it makes me feel better for some reason
