No, I'd say if there was other family members more responsible they should try and get guardianship or she could emancipate herself if she is responsible. The mother is a disgrace.

NO not at all. It sets a bad example, cuz near the ages 13-and up thats when they get into drugs and alcohal. So not good. And the mother should start acting like an adult and make sure this man or women is not near her daughter.
