Hallucinating and Paranoia...?!

Question: Okay, so I've been hallucinating lately. For a few months I've seen shadowy figures moving out of the corner of my eyes. Even during the day so I know it's not shadows at night messing with my eyes. Like 20 minutes ago I was laying in bed and I saw a full figure of a person, which I haven't seen before [at least not a defined]. And I keep feeling like there's something staring at me. I even thought a hand came around the edge of the corner at me again. Even though I know the door is shut and nothing is there. Any ideas why? Seriously, I've never been so scared before.

I've been treated for depression. I didn't start hallucinating until after I took them, which I quit taking a few months ago. But they changed ever week or so, so I don't think I took anything long enough to last 4 months later.

OK...firstly, calm down the worst that can happen is if you panic it may lead to panic attack and/or heart attacks. So, if you see these..."figures" calm down and tell yourself they're not real. Secondly, try and spend as much time as you can with friends...

My thoughts medically... Schizophrenia.

My thoughts honestly... You have yourself a good old fashioned haunted house.

But to be sure, do yourself a favor and look up the side effects of your medication.

i have the same problems the way i got rid of it was eating drinking lots of fluids and smoking a lot of weed playing video games drawing masturbating and lots of rest and i quit taking thows awful meds that give you saying it makes it go away in time no dont ever beleive them there rong just do what i told you and you will be just fine

I would have my eyes checked first by an eye doctor.

Always talk to your doctor about this stuff. Also, if a medication like that is prescribed for you, never just stop taking it on your own - it may have adverse affects.

I have a chemical imbalance and was on some sort of anxiety med a long time ago that made me "see" things that especially affected my peripherial vision. I wound up discovering that I have a broken blood vessel in the corner or one of my eyes that is permanent which has actually contributed to alot of the "floaters" I saw, but the meds made them more noticable and it freaked me out.
